SJCARS Monthly Meeting
Friday, March 13, 2020, 11:30 am,
Online Meeting

Dear SCJARS Members and Friends,

Our next monthly meeting will be on Friday March 13, 2020, at 11:30 am.

Due to the current global SARS-Cov-2 / COVID-19 pandemic, we will be conducting a virtual meeting, via Zoom Meeting. You may join the meeting via computer, mobile phone, or landline phone.

Please plan on participating! When joining, please connect to the meeting a few minutes before 11:30, so we can begin promptly.

If you have not used Zoom before, this is a great chance to experience it.  No account or registration is necessary. However, I would encourage everyone to visit zoom.us beforehand, setup a free account, make sure your computer is configured properly for a web meeting, and view a brief tutorial. I suspect we will all be making increased use of this and similar tools in the months ahead.
Set your reminder to sign in at 11:20 or 11:25 am, Friday, March 13th:

On the agenda for this month: repeater update; EmComm update; dates/confirmations for club meetings, picnics and Holiday Feast; Publicity Budget; D-Star Gateway Update; and another (perhaps better) chance to share your QSL card collection!

At the Club meeting, we will have regular club meeting topics, including meeting minute approval, treasury report, committee reports, elections, and of course, “Stories from your Shack.”

February minutes are posted at sjcars.org.

Once again, the meeting WILL NOT BE HELD AT MULLIS. Please stay home and join in the virtual meeting!
